We underwrite and invest in many facets of Real Estate, including Multifamily, Retail, Office, and Industrial. We focus on middle market assets that require a strategic approach to develop or reposition. In addition to making direct equity investments on behalf of our own account, we will invest in joint ventures with third-party owners and operators.  

Harbor East currently self manages its current portfolio, which includes a mix of Real Estate assets. Property maintenance and leasing is our key to maintaining and growing our success. From organizing vendors for repairs and maintenance to tracking property-level reporting on a national software platform, we carry out all fundamentals for each of our properties to run smoothly. We consider our tenants an extension of our family and strive to provide them a comfortable living and working environment.  

Harbor East advantageously manages its current portfolio and reviews third-party operators to strategize the best fit for future growth. The company has handled repositioning assets, whether combining dispositions to preforming 1031 exchanges, to grow the overall portfolio. The company uses a sophisticated property management software to track deals at a property-level and deliver real-time performance, which helps with progressive growth strategies. 

Harbor East has been a licensed real estate broker since 2009. The company primarily focuses on using the license to offer on assets that would be company owned. In addition, the company assists strategic partnerships and other clients to guide them through the process in their acquisition endeavors.  

Harbor East has traditionally been involved in the redevelopment of older properties; which includes completely gutting entire buildings and reconstructing them to today’s modern day spec and fit-out. The company is also involved in finding assets that are no longer reaching their full potential and maximizing the by-right zoning of the land they sit on.
